Ahead of concert, Fr Rob Galea celebrates mass in Old Goa

PRE-CONCERT CELEBRATION

On Day 16 of the Exposition of the Sacred Relics of St Francis Xavier, at Old Goa, renowned singer-songwriter, Fr Rob Galea, led the Eucharistic celebration along with other concelebrants.

WARM WELCOME

Returning to the State for the second time, Fr Rob was met with warm smiles and thunderous applause at the mass on December 6, 2024 conducted in English.

ADVENT COLOURS

Fr Galea, dressed in purple vestments, was joined by 12 priests, including the rector of the Basilica of Bom Jesus, Fr Patricio Fernandes.

INSPIRED BY THE SAINT

During his homily, the Australian priest expressed how he was moved by St Francis Xavier, who showed courage in the face of uncertainty.
