Revellers exulted by saying ‘Viva re Sao Pedro’. Sao Pedro means St Peter.

WHAT IS SANGODD

Sangodd is built by tying two or more boats together to form a platform on which people sing and dance as they sail in the river and give glory to the saint.

BLESSED BY RAIN
