Also on the menu were Koyloleo (Goan rice pancakes) stuffed with prawns and a flavourful vegetable caldinha. Keyloleo, typically made from ground rice and toddy, added a traditional touch to the meal.
Another innovative starter was called Nest in the Woods and featured Cafreal Chicken, while the vegetarian version was a delightful twist with Cafreal Edamame.
The melt-in-your-mouth Galouti Kebabs also made their way to the table, bringing with them the rich essence of their flavorful ingredients.
The Cavatina Cigars contained a delicious mixture of prawns and chorizo, while the vegetarian version was a tasty Spanakopita made of tambdi bhaji and cashew butter.
An array of Cavatina’s signature dishes, one of which was Prawns Who Drank the Feni, formed the main course of the special menu.
Patra de Goa featured chonak fish cooked in a fragrant green masala, wrapped in banana leaves, and served with a selection of mouth-watering accompaniments.
Oozing with flavour, this dish is made of meat, seasoned with just salt and pepper, and gets its name from the Konkani words for these basic seasonings.
Among the fine desserts on offer, the Coldplay team enjoyed a selection of treats, including Raw Honey Flan, Baked Jaggery Cheesecake, and a decadent Chocolate and Cherry Marquise.
