FESTIVE FEVER

Panjim is all set to celebrate culture and creativity as it is set to welcome the much-anticipated Serendipity Arts Festival on December 15 and a day prior, Festa do Povo (Festival of the people).

COMMUNITY CALLS

The Festa do Povo, to be held at Patto Plaza, one of the most prominent locations of the capital city, on December 14 and 15, will be a cultural and community celebration with a touch of music and heritage.

MAKING PANJIM PROUD

And as part of the Serendipity Arts Festival, Proud Ponjekkar, a multi-media event, has lined up a diverse array of programmes, including theatre, film, dance and podcasts from December 15 to 22.

NEW BEGINNING

Proud Ponjekkar, which is being hosted by the Smart City Mission, will be held at the new headquarters of the Smart City on the banks of the Mandovi River between the new and Old Patto bridges.

PLAY PREVIEW

The inaugural day of Proud Ponjekar at the new headquarters of Smart City will kick off with an intriguing theatrical performance called titled Seduction. The play will be staged on December 15, 16, 20, 21 and 22 at 7 pm.

THE CAST

Seduction, which is a 45-minute theatrical performance, is directed by Dnyanesh Moghe and has Aftab Khan Farooqui, Amanda Rodrigues and Salil Naik as the star cast.

SILENT CELEBRATION

One of the most unique offerings of Proud Ponjekkar is the Silent Disco on December 19. This event is basically a headphone party to drive home the concept of noise-free celebration.
