STAR-GAZING

Popularly known as 'Star lane' or 'Starman's lane', this enchanting street in Agassaim boasts over 500 handmade, eco-friendly stars, creating a one-of-a-kind Christmas canopy.

LABOUR OF LOVE

The stars are made the traditional way by Anthony Rodrigues, better known as the 'Starman of Goa', who has been doing this for the past 18 years. He started out with just a few stars, and currently crafts more than 500 stars.

GETTING THERE

The lane is located near the old Zuari Bridge in Agassaim. The stars are lit on Christmas Eve, and remain illuminated until January 7 every year.
