75th Azaadi Ke Raang painting competition and exhibition was held on December 19, 2022, as part of the Serendipity Arts Festival.
The competition and exhibition was organised by the Rotary Club of Panaji Riviera.
The 75 artworks of 75 artists are on display at the Maquinez Art Gallery, Panjim, till December 23, 2022.
The entire exhibition was curated by famous Goan painter Hanuman Kambli.
The best three paintings will receive prizes.
Some of the well-known painters whose works are on display are Mohan Naik, Sonia Rodrigues Sabharwal, Vitesh Naik, Wilson D'Souza and Chaitali Morajkar.
The paintings on display are works of fine arts graduates.
Each painter had to depict achievements of the country of one particular year between 1947 and 2021.
