LET THE GAMES BEGIN

The inauguration of Infofest 2023 was marked by the cutting of a cake by Director of DHS Goa, Dr Geeta Kakodkar, in the presence of Programme Director of MCA, Prof Ramrao Wagh, and other dignitaries.

LINE BOT

Participants demonstrated their line-following robot, while the audience watched their unique skills in action.

FIFA

An exhilarating game of FIFA, with competitive energy and friendly rivalry, was also part of Infofest 2023.

KOJO WORKSHOP

High school students engrossed in learning KOJO – a creative, problem-solving tool.

JUDGING THE HACKATHON

The judging round was intense and was done by Co-founder of Browntape, Gurpreet Singh; Executive Vice President at CMC informatics EU & UK, Prasad Rangnekar; SRE, Platform and Cloudops, Mayur Nagekar; Retd Chief Scientist CSIR-NIO, Dr Ramesh Kumar; and others.

WINNERS OF HACKATHON

Team Giniee, from NIT (National Institute of Technology), Goa -- which secured the first place in the 24-hour Hackathon, under the theme 'Sustainability Goals' -- received the prize at the hands of the Director of DI3P, Dr Sandeep Garg.

INFOFEST CHAMPS

Team GEC (Goa College of Engineering, Ponda) was declared the Infofest 2023 Champions for their overall performance, and received the prestigious award at the hands of Director Tourism & Director IT, Goa Administration, Suneel Anchipaka, IAS.

INFOTALKS

The InfoTalks, held on both days, were well-attended by the student community. InfoTalks, which was held for the benefit of students, was a series of informative sessions on industry orientation topics.
