Hosa's new summer menu celebrates South Indian flavours in Goa

A South Indian gem in Siolim, North Goa, Hosa has just launched a special seasonal menu, this summer, that's available for a limited time.

FIRST UP
To kick off your culinary adventure, start with a comforting bowl of Tengaipal Rasam, a delicate coconut milk broth served with soft Idiyappams.

SMALL BITES
For appetisers there's also Elaneer Pepper Fry (tender coconut slivers tossed in pepper fry masala) paired with traditional akki roti, and the Thair Vadai with sweet Ginger Chutney and raw mango pickle.
The menu, inspired by the freshest summer produce and cherished recipes from across South India, includes mains such as Drakshi Gojju, a tangy green grape curry that's paired with Sago Yoghurt Rice.

ROOTED YET REFRESHING
If you wish to skip rice, no worries, the Watermelon Chicken Curry served with atlu, a rustic bread, makes for a delicious option.
Also enjoy the South-style Ragi Mudde with Basaru that delivers a deep, earthy flavour, or the Ragi Mudde with Mutton Saaru whichoffers a rich, spiced broth alongside traditional ragi dumplings

SWEET ENDINGS
Don't leave the place without relishing the Mango and Coconut Payasam Panna Cotta for dessert, which is a twist on the classic payasam, and ismade from ripe Goan mangoes and vanilla from Kerala.
