FROM START TO FINISH
Participants will get a chance to trace the full salt-making journey — from channelling river water into salt pans to harvesting the finished crystals by hand.

HANDS-ON LEARNING
Under the salt farmer’s guidance, participants learn to maintain a 1-inch level of saline water, monitor evaporation, and help collect and store the crystallised salt.

Watching the farmer at work, one realises how much these salt pans have to teach — from the intricate process to the final product on our tables, it’s a truly enriching experience.
