The national folk festival 'Lokotsav 2024' begins today at Kala Academy, Campal, Panjim.

With the inaugural set to take place this evening, artisans were seen setting up their wares at the stalls allotted to them.

CRAFT GALLERY

The 10-day festival will be held from January 26, 2024 to February 4, 2024, and will feature fine handicrafts from across the country, including shell craft and fabric flowers.

NATURALLY PRETTY

During the event, hundreds of craftsmen will display unique handicrafts, such as these eco-friendly bags and tablemats, crafted from screwpine and water hyacinth.

The folk festival is being organised by the Directorate of Art & Culture, Goa, in collaboration with the West Zone Cultural Centre, Udaipur, Kala Academy, Sports Authority of Goa and CCP.
