Roughly 80 to 60 women took part in artist, Subodh Kerkar's performance installation, entitled 'Nari in Saree'
The installation was a celebration of women in sarees. Those who desired to participate in it had to register and reach to the venue, which was Morjim Beach, North Goa.
Using cameras and drones, the whole performance was recorded and captured.
Manasi Mhamal choreographed the performance along with Subodh Kerkar, founder of Museum of Goa, Pilerne.
Women, who participated in the performance, were seen wearing sarees draped and woven in different styles.
The beach in the backdrop and the women in sarees brought out the real essence and purpose of the performance installation.
The aerial view of the installation was a sight to behold as the participants were moving in sync.
