The Department of Art and Culture in collaboration with the West Zone Culture Centre and Ravindra Bhavan, Sankhali, is hosting Octave 2025 from March 7-9.

CELEBRATING DIVERSITY

The grand cultural festival celebrates the rich traditions of the seven Northeastern states.

GRAND WELCOME

Over 350 artists are displaying their rich traditions and culture through various cultural performances, including song and dance.

FOLK ART SHOWCASE

People can experience the vibrant beats of Bihu, the graceful movements of Manipuri dance, and the energetic steps of Naga warrior dances, all in the heart of Goa.

BRIDGING CULTURES

With thousands from the Northeast calling Goa home, the event is a tribute to their contributions in education, hospitality, and tourism.

The event aims to promote cultural exchange and highlight the artistic heritage of participating states.

TRADITIONS ECHO

Folktales, legends, and indigenous music takes centre stage at Octave 2025 allowing Goans and tourists to understand more about the India's Northeast.
