Raga Rasa, an enchanting morning experience of Indian classical music, was held at the Silva Heritage, Benaulim, on the occasion of the 75th Republic Day of India, on January 26, 2024.

PIPE DREAMS

One of the delightful, dreamy performances of the day came from music composer and producer from Pune, Gandhaar Amin, on the flute.

SOUND OF MUSIC

Tabla player, Uday Kulkarni, trained at the traditional Guru Shishya Parampara -- and it showed in his deft abilities as a percussionist.

IN CONVERSATION

Following the soulful performances, there was an interactive session with the well-known musicians who chatted with the audience.

ROYAL TREATMENT

The music session was followed by a specially-curated Indian breakfast and a fascinating tour of the 350-year-old Silva heritage mansion.

The gala breakfast, with a colourful variety of sweet and savoury bites, was a feast for the senses.
