At the event, one could find this beautifully decorated thali which was plated on a banana leaf.

Also seen, were the names of the vegetarian preparations along with the ingredients used to prepare them.

SEASON'S SPECIAL

Adorned with marigold flowers, this dish was accompanied with patolyos which are made using steamed rice, jaggery and coconut sand, before being wrapped in turmeric leaves.
