See the celebration of global cuisine at this culinary college in Goa

TASTE OF THE WORLD

A festive atmosphere prevailed at V M Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education at Raia in South Goa when 28 of its Second Year BSc Culinary Arts students worked tirelessly to organise an international food festival.

FOOD ADVENTURE

Under the guidance of their director, Prof Irfan Mirza, chef Sebastian Breitinger and Alriya, Sandip, and Sujatha, the students came up with an array of dishes.

FESTIVAL OF FLAVOURS

Spread across the institute's lawn, each stall was intricately decorated to reflect its respective theme.

CONTINENTAL

The students prepared and showcased cuisines from Asia, Africa, America, Middle East, Central and South America.

FOOD DIVERSITY

From the Asian-inspired Wok and Roll to the Middle Eastern stall celebrating Islamic cuisine, every corner exuded authenticity filled with flavours.

ART & FOOD

The African stall captivated visitors with its vibrant tribal art, costumes, and cuisine, while Central and South American stalls showcased the rich diversity and cultural heritage of their respective countries.

CULINARY FIX

The event drew a large crowd, including chefs from culinary groups across Goa, renowned restaurant owners, and locals eager to indulge in global gastronomy.
