As part of the 18th exposition of the sacred relics of St Francis Xavier, the Shillong Chamber Choir delivered a spellbinding performance that left the Goan audience in awe.
Winners of the reality TV show India’s Got Talent in 2010 and recipients of three gold awards at the 6th World Choir Games for Musica Sacra, Gospel and Popular Music, the Shillong Chamber Choir provided Goans with a remarkable opportunity to witness their extraordinary talent.
The group is also known to have performed at the Rashtrapati Bhavan during the visit of US President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama.
The evening was elevated by state-of-the-art projection mapping, which added a mesmerising touch to the event. The projections on the iconic Se Cathedral left the audience truly astonished.
The audience included members of the religious community, pilgrims, music enthusiasts and locals, all coming together to enjoy the concert, which was enhanced by state-of-the-art technology.
With their soulful hymns and songs, the Shillong Chamber Choir left the audience uplifted, filling them with hope and gratitude.
The Shillong Chamber Choir was truly the highlight of the 18th exposition of sacred relics of St Francis Xavier, which is ongoing till January 5, 2024, at Old Goa.
