Several locals took a detour to the beach to purchase the fresh catch...

... and took home bags full of fish in hopes of having a delicious Goan lunch.

BANGDA CENTRAL STATION

Apart from being a tourist hotspot, Baga is also known for being bangda central station -- the place that always has a good catch of mackerels.
