MAHADEV TEMPLE

First up is this beautifully carved black basalt 12th century Mahadev temple located at Tambdi Surla in Dharbandora, South Goa, that is dedicated to Lord Shiva.

SAFA MASJID

About 47 minutes from the Tambdi Surla temple, you can visit one of the oldest mosques in Ponda. The large laterite stone masonry tank is one of the main features of this 16th century structure.

BIRLA RADHA KRISHNA MANDIR

From the masjid, you can head to Sancoale, Vasco, to check out this temple dedicated to Radha-Krishna. Built from white Makrana marble, the temple has five elegant shikharas.

SE CATHEDRAL

Coming to North Goa, head to Old Goa to check some of the most magnificent churches, like Se Cathedral that's recognised and protected by UNESCO as a heritage site.

IMMACULATE CONCEPTION CHURCH

Right in the heart of Panjim, the capital city of Goa, lies this church with it's Baroque façade and elaborate stairway, modelled after the Church of Our Lady of Remedios, Portugal.

KALA ACADEMY

And just a seven-minute ride away, is this modern architectural marvel built by renowned architect Charles Correia. The seamless blend of the indoor and outdoor spaces makes it a nice hangout spot.
