The Kala Academy Goa, Panjim, has organised the 48th State Art Exhibition in the student category for the year 2023 to 2024.
Inaugurated on March 22, 2024, the exhibition is currently underway at the Art Gallery, Directorate of Art and Culture, Sanskruti Bhavan, Patto in Panjim.
Featuring a diverse range of artworks in different shapes, sizes and forms, the exhibition is a sensory delight.
This painting of the Mandovi Promenade is just one of the many detail-oriented artworks that one can admire at the exhibition.
The Applied Art and Graphic Design section of paintings had several though-provoking messages to share.
A picture speaks a thousand words, and these ones spoke about deforestation, drunken driving, abusive parenting, sexual abuse and more.
The exhibition is open to the public from March 23 to 26, between 10 am and 7 pm.
