The Chandreshwar Bhootnath Temple on the hill is dedicated to Lord Shiva in his avatar as Lord of the Moon and happens to be one of the oldest temples in Goa.

The sunrise views from this hill are a must during the winters as it is surrounded by clouds. The atmosphere is very much like famous hill stations in India such as Kodaikanal, Munnar, etc.

The best time to visit for a perfect view with the clouds and the sunrise as well is between 7 to 9 am.
