SPECTACLED COBRA (VENOMOUS)

The Indian cobra, also known as the spectacled cobra, is a venomous snake, native to the Indian subcontinent.

MONTANE TRINKET (NON-VENOMOUS)

The Montane Trinket is a non-venomous constrictor found in the Western Ghats.

SAW SCALED VIPER (VENOMOUS)

This variety is found in the dry regions of Africa, the Middle East, India, Sri Lanka and Pakistan, and have a characteristic threat display – a ‘sizzling’ warning sound.

GREEN VINE SNAKE (MILDLY VENOMOUS)

Also called Indian vine snake or long-nosed vine snake, this is a species of diurnal, arboreal snake found in the lowlands of peninsular India.

With its stocky, viper-like body, this species is native to certain parts of the Indian subcontinent.

HUMP NOSED PIT VIPER (VENOMOUS)

This species is found in jungles, plantations and hilly terrain in southern India and Sri Lanka, and vibrates its tail as a warning, when disturbed by humans.
