Famous cricket coach and former South African player, Jonty Rhodes, has now made Goa his home.

EAT LOCAL

He retweeted a photograph on X and wrote: "I had some of those cooked in masala spice 3 days ago on Agonda beach. #IncredibleIndia #eatlocal #iamlocal."

TAXI TO SCHOOL

Rhodes also shared a photograph with his wife Melanie and their daughter India and son Nathan and wrote: "School run - time to get our own wheels; feeling very VIP, with our morning taxi ride!"

SCHOOLING IN GOA

Rhodes has enrolled his son, Nathan, at an international school in Agonda. With excitement, he wrote on X: "Incredible how quickly our kids are able to adapt: Best day! Best day!” Nathan’s response to his first day at #RiverhouseAcademy in South Goa #travelwithkids #IncredibleIndia.

GROUNDING IN AGONDA

Rhodes has chosen South Goa's quaint village of Agonda for his home. He also wrote about his experience in Agonda: "Life in Agonda has been very grounding, but good to get back to work today..."

SIX MONTH STINT

Rhodes also specified that he would be in Goa for just six months, adding that he's not on vacation, but that surfing every afternoon, after school does feel like a vacation for them.
