Day 1 of National Women Parliament

National women parliament is being held at Shyama Prasad Mukherjee indoor stadium at Taleigao.

The state government is organising the event to groom women leaders and enable to know about the opporunities avaible to them.

Debates and discussion are slated to be held during the two-day programme.

More than 2,000 women have registered in the event
