WHAT IS SUSHI?
Sushi is a Japanese dish that is prepared using vinegared rice and seafood, chicken or vegetables - some raw, and others cooked.
The three-day food fest from January 20 to 22, 2023, at Yaki Zushi in Sangolda was a treat for sushi lovers.
The eat-all-you-can buffet was priced at ₹599 for unlimited cocktails, ₹1199 for unlimited food and ₹1499 for unlimited food, beverages and cocktails.

With specially curated cocktails like Poder's Punch, Rosy Cheeks, Moon River and One 2 Many, the drinks menu had alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all.
The festival saw an abundance of sushi such as Temaki Rolls, Chicken Katsu Roll, Vegetable Kimbab and Chocolate Caramel Sushi to name a few.
