MUTTLEOS

These sweets are round morsels prepared from roasted jackfruit seeds, coconut jaggery, and coconut.

PATOLEOS OR PATOLIS

This sweet is made only during the monsoons when turmeric leaves are available in plenty. Patoleos are made from freshly grated coconut, rice flour paste, and palm jaggery; and cooked by wrapping and steaming in turmeric leaves.

ATOL

This is a harvest sweet which is prepared with channa daal, parboiled rice, palm jaggery and coconut. When the preparation is hot, this sweet is laid on banana leaves and sliced into squares once cooled.

FILOS
