Waterfalls in South Goa that will take your breath away this monsoon

The monsoons are almost upon us. So, here's a list of waterfalls in South Goa, which come alive during the rainy season.

1. BHUPAR WATERFALL

A small waterfall which springs to life during the monsoons, the Bhupar Waterfall is located 50 km from Madgaon railway station.

2. BAMANBUDO WATERFALL

Since this waterfall is near the road leading up to the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary and very close to the Bhupar waterfall, both can be visited on the same day.

3. SAVRI WATERFALL

A tall and beautiful waterfall, situated in the heart of the Netravali Wildlife Sanctuary, it is easily accessible and close to the gate of the sanctuary.

4. MAINAPI WATERFALL

This is another tall waterfall, located in the vicinity of the Savri Waterfall in the sanctuary. One has to trek 4.5 km through the forest in order to reach this fall.

5. KUSKEM WATERFALL

Kuskem Waterfall is located in the Cotigao Wildlife Sanctuary, and is another gorgeous waterfall that you will find in Goa. The view of the waterfall, along with the green paddy fields in the vicinity, is simply amazing.

6. DUDHSAGAR WATERFALL

The most famous waterfall in Goa, it is a must-see during the monsoons if you are planning to visit Goa.
