TRUST THE WIND

It's time to trust what you can't see – and that's wind energy. The Goa Government now plans to set up a 100 MW wind power plant using vertical axis wind turbines.

IT BLOWS FOR FREE

The project will be executed by the Goa Energy Development Agency (GEDA), which has already floated an expression of interest (EOI) inviting interested parties or developers to set up the plant.

POWER UP

The infrastructure created by the project proponent has to be such that it has the wherewithal to evacuate the power generated to a Goa Electricity Department sub-station.
