Attend a Sitar concert @ Vasco
Vibe to some melodious Hindustani classical sitar music played by musician, Pt Joshua Feinberg at, a sitar concert organised by Chowgule Industries Pvt Ltd and Chowgule Global.
Having begun his musical training at the tender age of four with Western classical and Jazz on piano and bass, Joshua eventually fell in love with the tunes of Ustad Ali Akbar Khan and Pandit Nikhil Banerjee.
He then shifted his gaze toward the sitar and Hindustani classical music and is today recognised and loved by connoisseurs and music lovers around the globe.
The event will take place on Sunday, January 22, 2023, at 6.30 pm at Centenary, Baina, Vasco da Gama.
Handpicked out of many, Joshua has learned with Ustad Ali Akbar Khan and has even accompanied his son, Ustad Aam Khan in the US and in India.
The duo graced events like the Saptak Festival in Ahmedabad, the Chicago World Music Festival and the Ravi Shankar Institute for Music and Performing Arts, to name a few.
In 2019, he had three international tours which included 25 concerts in 28 days. He has also performed in the UK, Australia, and throughout the USA.
When he is not on tour, Joshua spends his time in Portland, Oregon and New York City.
