From the primi section, indulge in handmade Strangozzi alla Norcina (with Umbrian ricotta and black truffle), or the rustic Risotto con Fave (slow-cooked carnaroli with spring fava beans, zucchini and parmesan).
The secondi offerings include classics like Pollo alla Cacciatora (a hunter-style braised chicken with olives and rosemary), and Anatra in Porchetta (roast duck with fennel puree and cannellini beans).
For dessert, the beloved Rocciata di Assisi (an Umbrian apple strudel) and Crescionda Spoletina (a chocolate-amaretto custard cake from Spoleto), round off the meal with heritage and indulgence.
