In Morjim, Dayanand Sopte seeks blessings of Devi Morja; asks people to vote for BJP

Mandrem MLA Dayanand Sopte sought the blessing of Shree Dev Satpurush and Shree Devi Morjai in Morjim as he began his elections campaign for the 2022 Goa Assembly elections on Sunday, January 9.

While addressing the party workers, Sopte said, "As people are realising that there is no alternative but BJP in the country and in the state, many MLAs, ministers, leaders, and supporters are coming to the party. We (BJP) want to get more than 22 MLAs elected in the 2022 election in the state".

Sopte appealed to the people of Morjim not to fall prey to the opposition and support the BJP for the overall development of the constituency and strengthen BJP.

Mandrem BJP Mandal chief Madhu Parab expressed confidence that a BJP government will be elected in the state and Mandrem's BJP candidate would be elected by a majority.

BJP Mahila Morcha President Dr Sheetal Naik said that the BJP government is for the common man. "The central and state governments are implementing various schemes with the common man in mind," she said.

BJP inspector Gorakh Mandrekar, Goa Tourism Development Corporation Director Sudesh Sawant, Women North Goa President Nayani Shetgaonkar, women president Deepa Talker, Deputy Panch Amit Shetgaonkar, Former Sarpanch Dhananjay Shetgaonkar, Pernem Mayor Usha Nagvekar and among others with a large number of supports were also present
