Spandan Healthcare along with Sarth Ayurveda Retreat & Wellness Centre presents ‘Reset & Rise December 2023 – Yoga With Sukruthi’, from Dec 1, 2023 to Dec 3, 2023. The event has been curated by Dr Subbu Nayak of Spandan Healthcare, Goa.
Participants will be able to join noted yoga, pranayama and Mudra guide, Sukruthi, for a 3-day retreat in the lap of nature to reflect, detox and rejuvenate, away from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
They will also learn relaxation techniques to help them manage stress, insomnia, depression, fatigue and more. Additionally, the mudras and mindfulness techniques can be implemented in daily life so as to improve mood, reduce stress, anxiety and boost energy levels.
The sessions will help participants understand themselves on a deeper lever so as to make better decisions in life, while also helping them gain new insights into the practice, philosophy and history of the practice.
Other features of the event include experienced physicians and carefully created sattvic meals.
The Sarth Ayurveda Retreat & Wellness Centre is situated approximately 10 km from the Goa-Maharashtra border, and is set on two acres of land which has dense forests, hills and rivers.
Retreat facilitator, Sukruthi, has trained over 1000+ people for 2500+ hours.
