The convocation ceremony of the 132nd course of the National Defence Academy (NDA), Khadakwasla, was held at the Khetrapal Parade Ground recently.
Marching to the tune of Auld Lang Syne in the background and with fighter jets thundering overhead in a formation, a total 312 cadets graduated from the Academy as they passed through the portals of the prestigious Khetrapal Parade Ground.
This included 211 cadets from the Army, 34 cadets from the Navy and 67 cadets from the Air Force. These included 11 cadets from friendly foreign countries including Afghanistan, Bhutan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Nigeria and Rwanda.
