Still trying to plan the perfect menu for that special Christmas dinner? Why not join the Christmas Special Class at Irene's Culinary Studio, Porvorim. During the session, you’ll learn to prepare Chicken Pot Roast with Creamy Sauce, Rustic Herb Bread Loaf, Cheese & Mushroom Quiche, Shrimp Scampi Pasta, Puff Pastry Wreath and Serradura.

The fee includes ingredients, refreshments and printed recipes. Dishes cooked in class will be served to the students. Prior registration is mandatory.
