In the scenic ambience, the two-day event will be hosted by Chef Ralph, bringing forth the best of European flavours.

“For the pop-up menu, we’re working on some really nice old-school recipes which, I think, not many people are doing anymore, as well as some fun new stuff that people are serving at restaurants in Europe, like scrambled eggs with anchovy mayo,” Chef Ralph shares.

“It’s just fun stuff that I think people would want to eat at a brunch. When it comes to the cuisine, it is largely European or Europe-inspired,” he adds.

Featuring dishes like the classic French omelette, Steak Bearnaise, Roast Chicken and Gravy, Pesto Bowl with Poached Eggs, Burrata Salad, and the inventive Breakfast Donut 2.0 (filled with bacon, avocado, fried egg and hot sauce), the menu will also include Crepe Suzette and French toast.

Guests can also expect a few specials created for this event, which one won’t even find on the regular rotation at Praca Prazeres in Panjim. Some of these include the anchovy and egg, Spanish omelette, prawn roll and Croissant Benedict, and an exciting large plate featuring local root vegetables.

“This is the first time we are doing a pop-up in South Goa, and we don’t know if, or when, it’s going to happen again,” shares Chef Ralph.

"So, if anyone has been waiting to try the food at Praca, but hasn’t been able to make the trip up north, this is a great opportunity to do so. Not to mention the amazing cocktails that the Countertop team is crafting at the Lab at Amaraanth,” he adds.
