Centre for Incubation & Business Acceleration (CIBA) is organising ‘Fizz & Breeze’, a mocktail-making workshop on April 30, 2023 at the CIBA premises in Assagao.
At the workshop, expert mixologists will teach participants to prepare delicious mocktails such as Virgin Mojito, Mango Mule, Mint Choco, Virgin Pina Colada, Coconut Cucumber Lime Mint Cooler etc.
Participants will also learn techniques and tips to make the perfect non-alcoholic beverage using fresh ingredients.
Mocktails are getting increasingly popular among people who are looking for delicious non-alcoholic beverages when they go to bars and restaurants.
The primary difference between cocktails and mocktails is that the former has a significant alcoholic content, while the latter does not. Mocktails are made with fruits, syrups and herbs, and are flavourful and refreshing.
