Peace and Bliss Association in association with Chinmaya Mission will organise a grand yoga camp from Saturday 29th October to Sunday 30th October from 6.30 am to 8.00 am at Chinmaya Mission near Trimart Gogal Housing Board, Margao. Basic knowledge of various asanas, pranayam and meditation techniques will be given at this yoga camp.
This camp is ideal for all those who are suffering from asthma, back, neck and knee pain, acidity, diabetes and other psychosomatic problems. It will also help children boost their memory and confidence levels.
This camp is open to all adults as well as children above 10 years of age. Special arrangements will also be made for those who are unable to sit on the floor. Ex-principal and yog guru Vishwanath Damodar Swar will be the resource person. Anuradha Lotliker, Dr Vasundhara Desai and Avduth Kudchadker will also be the other resource persons.
