Fun for kids in Goa this week
With all the current interest in the environment, it comes as no surprise that plant walks are quite a hit these days.
While most of these walks are geared towards adults and older kids, The Space is organising a session that will introduce the young ones to the plant kingdom.
Also, this week, the Bookworm Children’s Library has a variety of events for kids at its various venues in Panjim, Aldona and Saligao. There will be activities such as drama, calendar-making and more for children of all ages.

PLANT MEDICINE & BOTANY FOR KIDS
Here’s a plant session that’s designed especially for young kids, and includes games, art and more to explore the world of botany, plant identification and simple remedies using plants.
Kids will also learn to identify basic wild and cultivated medicinal plants.
The event is open to children who are 4-years-old and above.
