CYCLOTHON AND FILM FEST

Ganga Zuari Academy, Dona Paula, and Ministry of Tourism is all set to host the ‘Heritage is our soul’ event, which will include a 'Cyclothon' and 'Film Fest'.

The cyclothon has two categories and will be held on January 22, 2023. The Junior Group (children below 16 years of age) involves a distance of 10 km and will start at 7.30 am.

Three Kings Feast: An ode to Goa's festive celebrations

The second category for the cyclothon is the Senior Group (for children above 16 years). This event will start at 7 pm and, while the distance to be covered is 20 km.

The route for the cyclothon is from Miramar to Goa Medical College and back to Miramar.

FILM FEST

On January 29, 2023, there will be a short film competition on the theme ‘Dying art forms/Heritage of Goa or Other states’. The short film duration will be 5 minutes and the last day to receive entries is January 15, 2023. Judging will be done on the basis of concept, research, photography, editing, direction and perspective.

IFFI 2022: Bigger and better, but...

The films will be screened at the Entertainment Society of Goa, Panjim, at 2 pm. Winners will be awarded cash prizes, medals, certificates and more.
