Kamaxi College of Culinary Arts, Verna, is organising a dessert workshop on June 6 & 7 in Verna. Participants will learn the art of crafting buffet-style desserts from renowned Chef Eureka Araujo.
Besides entremets, petit gateau, verrines and travel cakes, the workshop will cover a variety of techniques and flavours.
Chef Eureka Araujo bagged the bronze medal at this year’s World Pastry Queen Championship in Rimini (Italy); was a gold medalist at Pastry Queen 2017; a former executive pastry chef at APCA India and is now Creative Director at Sivako, Mumbai.
A certificate of participation as well as detailed recipes will be given to participants. Lunch, beverages and snacks will be served during the workshop.
