READING OF A THREE ACT PLAY @ BOOKWORM LIBRARY, PANJIM
Bookworm Library, Panjim, is organizing a reading of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, by Tennessee Williamson on Thursday, July 14, 2022. Roles will be assigned randomly, the play will be read out loud, and there will be a brief discussion at the end. The event is open to anyone in the age group of 18 years and above.
Cat on a Hot Tin Roof by Tennessee Williams won the Pulitzer Prize as well as the Drama Critics Award for 1954-55. It has been performed widely in the theatre, and was made into a film starring Paul Newman and Elizabeth Taylor in 1958.
