Pune: Zomato has been sending mails to many users, explaining them what happened during the recent "data theft".
Zomato, India's most popular food directory and delivery service, revealed that massive data breach of information pertaining to 17 million users is now under control as the hacker has agreed not to make data public.
Names, email addresses and passwords of Zomato's registered users had been exposed in this security breach.
Zomato has urged in their email that users must immediately change their password used for logging into their Zomato accounts as a precautionary measure.
