Up for a marathon? Registrations for Rotary Rain Run 2022 are now open
Rotary Rain Run 2022 will be held on July 31, 2022 at the Sports Authority of Goa’s (SAG) Athletic Stadium, Bambolim, Goa. This is the 8 th edition of the popular run. Races will be in the 2km, 5km, 10km and 21km category. The registration window has been opened and will remain open up to July 30, 2022. The event has been organized by the Rotary Club of Porvorim (RRR).
The 10km and Half marathon (21km) are timed events whereas the 2km and 5km are untimed events. Participants of the 5km, 10km, and 21km will get medals, t-shirts and breakfast, while participants of the 2km event will get breakfast and a medal. The run will be in aid of women’s health, education and early cancer detection and cure.
Route for the Run
Half marathon (21km): The race will start from the SAG athletic stadium, Bambolim, go up to the Miramar beach circle, and return via the Goa University road.
Other categories: Runners in the other categories will run from the SAG athletic stadium, Bambolim, to specific points on the Goa University road, and return to the starting point.
