Franky Gracias

Looking back at how 27 years have passed, Franky Gracias is still trying to figure out how he managed to stick to journalism. It is a strange confession, but true, given the fact that he is a qualified mechanical engineer. He brings to GT digital a mix of both reporting and editing skills acquired at The Navhind Times, Gomantak Times (newspaper), Herald and The Goan Everyday. Franky still believes journalism is not a great way of earning a living, but he always returned to it after leaving because he misses the excitement and adventure attached to the profession. Besides being a busy journalist, he always makes time for cycling, running, swimming and kayaking - activities he has mastered over a decade. He is a pure endurance and fitness freak, and never misses his daily fitness routine.
