WHAT’S BIRCH ALL ABOUT?

Situated on the Baga riverbank amidst serene surroundings, Birch offers a unique nomadic jungle experience, blending tranquillity with adventure.

From private cabana retreats outdoors to an indoor ambience adorned with face masks, Birch captivates with its mystical allure. This unique side is coupled with a plus of some live music and DJs that come from around the world to bring the night to life.

Birch chairman, Saurabh Luthra says, “At Birch, I aim to weave a tapestry of joy for my guests. Nestled by the river, this island bar blends the whispers of the jungle with the river's lullaby, inviting you to leave your cares behind and embrace pure bliss."

"Private cabanas, lush sanctuaries, and the vibrant symphony of flavours and melodies create an experience like no other. Birch isn’t just a place —it’s a gateway to a world where every moment transforms, bathed in the moon’s soft glow,” he adds.

EXQUISITE ALCOHOL AND MULTI-CUISINE DELICACIES

Saurabh recommends a few standout drinks from the Birch bar menu, which include ‘Birchwood Old-Fashioned’ and ‘The Midnight Memories’ that showcase the art of mixology by Romeo Lane.

For something trendy, try ‘The Midnight Stroll’, ‘Birch Blossom’ or the bold ‘Forest Fire’ — a smoky tequila creation with maple shrub, charred rosemary vermouth and aromatic bitters, capturing the wild essence of a moonlit forest.

Birch’s global menu offers a delightful fusion of Continental, Lebanese and Italian cuisines, ensuring something for every taste.

The Camembert and Fig Parcel blends creamy cheese and caramelised figs in flaky phyllo, while the Puffed Amaranth and Roasted Pearl Couscous Salad combines light amaranth, roasted couscous, torched peaches, spinach, arugula, and baby potatoes for a vibrant, flavourful dish.

The Mushroom Galouti Kebab reimagines Awadhi cuisine with roasted mushrooms and smoked aioli, creating a delicate, indulgent bite that tells a story of culinary mastery.

LET THE PARTY BEGIN

As the sun sets over the Baga river, Birch offers a unique and immersive experience. Curated events and experiences, ranging from live musical performances to electrifying DJ tracks, which cultivate an atmosphere that echoes the untamed wilderness enveloping the island bar.
