Peace and Bliss Association, Margao will organise a grand mega yoga camp with a focus on "diabetes, its cure and prevention". This camp has been organised with the aim of making everyone physically and mentally strong, building immunity and supporting the Fit India movement of India's prime minister.

 As per the information given by Swar, this camp will be held from January 14 (Saturday) to January 15 (Sunday) from 6.45 am to 8.30 am at Shantashree, behind Pandava Chapel, Dr Ram Hegde Road, Aquem-Alto, Margao. Basic knowledge of various asanaspranayam and meditation techniques will be taught in this camp.

This camp is ideal for all those who are suffering from asthma, back, neck and knee pain problems, acidity, diabetes and other psychosomatic problems. It will also help children to better their memory and confidence level. There will be a special focus will be on diabetes, said Swar.

Dr Mithun Bondre, a famous Ayurvedic consultant will guide the campers on the causes, control and prevention of diabetes. This camp is open to all adults as well as children above 10 years of age. Special arrangements will also be made for those who are unable to sit on the floor.

Ex-principal and yoga guru Vishwanath Damodar Swar will be the resource person. Anuradha Lotliker, Dr Vasundhara Desai and Dr Devari will be the other resource persons.
