When contacted, MMC chief officer Gaurish Shankhwalkar confirmed that an inspection was carried out on the shed and that the property ownership will be verified which is likely to be of MPT or NHAI.

Sources in MMC added that after property verification, further directives would be given to the owners to dismantle the shed after use during social and cultural function.
