PANAJI: Goa Assembly Speaker Rajesh Patnekar on Wednesday warned members that he will be forced to take action against members of various standing committees speaking to media when the House is in session. The Speaker made the remark after Leader of the Opposition Digambar Kamat told the House that cabinet Minister were briefing media persons about policy matters when the Goa Assembly session had been convened. However, the Speaker said that there were instances wherein chairmen and members of various standing committees were briefing media.
