PANAJI: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Monday said that the super speciality block coming up at Bambolim will be commissioned within the next six months with a unique Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) approved by NITI Aayog and the Government of India.
Taking to twitter, Vishwajit said the super speciality block is his dream project for Goa.
“I started this project when I took over as the Health Minister of the State and today it is nearing completion. Within the next six months, we will be commissioning this hospital with a unique Public-Private-Partnership approved by the NITI Aayog and the Government of India,” he said in a tweet.
“I am looking forward to inaugurating the largest super specialty hospital of the country under Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY) at the hands of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and with the support of Chief Minister PramodPSawant,” Vishwajit said.
“I am very pleased to have been able to implement his vision under the PMSSY that has made this dream project a reality for every Goan at the cost of Rs 450 crore,” he said.
