The police then paid a visit to the woman who her rented the bike and showed her the photos of the accused and she did confirm that the duo had taken her vehicle on rent.
The cops then patiently waited and the accused did turn up at the scene of offence at around 10.30 pm on Saturday to collect the skimming device.
While Ivo was nabbed by the cops on the spot, Milen managed to give the cops a slip and headed straight for the airport but was caught by the Dabolim airport police while trying to flee the country. One lap top, 6 mobiles, card reader external hard disk and two skimmers were recovered from them and the duo have been booked under section 380 (theft) of the Indian Penal Code, and remanded to 7 days.
