PANAJI: Panchayat Minister Mauvin Godinho on Wednesday stated that the file regarding the reservation of Zilla Panchayat (ZP) constituencies had been handed over the State Election Commission (SEC), Altinho.
Speaking to a group of reporters, Mauvin said, "I don't have any files pending with me whether it is reservation or date of Zilla Panchayat elections. ZP reservation file has been handed over to the State Election Commission and its upto them to take a decision in the matter. SEC will finalise both, reservation of ZP constituencies as well as conduct of the elections”.
